This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules governing the use of our email hosting services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) and Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), commonly known as "Spam."

- Opt-Out Requirements: All bulk marketing emails must include a clear, functional, and automated unsubscribe mechanism.
- List Hygiene: You may not use purchased, rented, or third-party mailing lists.
- Header Integrity: You must not forge, remove, or modify email headers or obscure the origin of any email.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to send, store, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal: Anything that violates local, state, federal, or international laws.
- Malicious: Viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other destructive or deceptive software/code.
- Harassing: Threats of violence, hate speech, or content that promotes discrimination or illegal acts.

3. System and Network Security
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass or compromise the security of our network or any other system. Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you ("hacking").
- Resource Abuse: Activities that significantly degrade the performance of our servers or interfere with service for other users.
- Vulnerability Testing: Running scans or penetration tests against our infrastructure without prior written authorization.

4. Legal Compliance

5. Enforcement and Termination
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in immediate action, including:

- Temporary suspension of Services.
- Permanent termination of your account without notice or refund.
- Reporting of illegal activities to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and to monitor traffic for the purposes of maintaining system security and stability.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
